Eligibility and Tuition

The Bardstown Early Childhood Program is provided free of charge to three-year-old children who have a state-recognized developmental delay (these children are eligible for pre-school services on their third birthday) or who are economically eligible through district funding.

Children who are four years old by August 1 and either have a developmental delay or are economically eligible may also attend.  To determine your child’s eligibility under either of these criteria, please call our school office at 502-331-8804.

Our program is tuition-based for children who do not qualify for preschool services.

We offer flexible payment options to make tuition as convenient as possible. Payments may be made weekly, monthly, or annually, and families can choose automatic draft from a checking or savings account. A one-time annual payment at the beginning of the school year is also available.

2026-2027 Tuition Rates (36-week calendar):

• Weekly: $65

• Monthly: $260

• Annual: $2,340

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.
